Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

First-party acquisition and revenue measurement

The production site automatically records first-party visit and acquisition statistics without a consent popup. We use a random visitor identifier, first-visit time, landing path, referring domain and UTM campaign tags to identify the first source. The cookie lasts 180 days. On registration, we associate the attribution, registration country, device category and browser category with the account and its verification status.

After Stripe confirms a payment, our own database stores transaction identifiers, payment time, currency, collected amounts and successful refunds to measure acquisition and net revenue. Only authorized administrators can access these reports. This measurement does not depend on GA or another third-party analytics service.

This module does not store raw IP addresses, full User-Agent strings, full URL query strings or advertising click ID values, and does not use browser fingerprinting. Country comes from hosting-platform country information, or Unknown when unavailable. Account deletion removes the identity link from analytics while retaining pseudonymous attribution and transaction amounts to keep historical reporting consistent.

You can block or delete the first-party analytics cookie in your browser. Deleting a cookie does not erase previously saved statistics; a later visit may be counted as a new anonymous visitor. For data-related requests, please contact Image to Layers AI.

Image processing and safety checks

When you start a generation, we send a prepared copy of your image to SeeAPI for content safety checks. Only approved images are sent to fal.ai to generate layers. Rejected or failed checks do not consume user credits; reservations are released subject to credit expiry and order status. Originals and layers are stored privately, with settled task files retained for 30 days.
